3. Mary Mishal Francis received Third prize - Create Art’ Competition organized as part of the Virtual Tech-fest ORION 2.0 conducted by IEEE PES Women in Power Community in association with IEEE PES Kerala Chapter conducted on 27 to 31 May 2021
4. Arjun Sunil Kumar received 1st place- Fixit- Tackle the crisis hosted by IEEE Travancore Hub in association with IEEE Kerala Section SIGHT on 18 April 2021.He also received Outstanding Student Volunteer Award- Presented by IEEE Kerala Section on 29 January 2021.

21. iTrax,Department association helps to organise events and provide students with the opportunity to learn skills and gain knowledge beyond the syllabus set forth by the university which in turn helps set them apart during the hiring process.
22. 3 highly equipped laboratories with high speed Internet access that allow students to develop projects. Cognizant has sponsored the Ulysses Advanced Computing Lab to help students up skill themselves and be more equipped towards the placement drives.
23.The Department has partnered with TCS to introduce a B.Tech in Computer Science and Business Systems program. Being a program partnered with TCS gives the students a wide range of benefits from being eligible for the interviews at TCS that offer the highest compensation package for any fresher in the company to being able to procure internships and attend skill development programs by TCS.
