Community quota in Govt. Merit


For the information of the candidates seeking admission in Community quota in Govt. Merit (allotment by commissioner for entrance examinations)

Candidates belonging to Christian community who are desirous of to be considered in community quota under Government merit, allotted by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE),  are requested to read the following instructions carefully and then apply online to RAJAGIRI SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY (RET).

  1. 10% of the total seats (6 seats in a branch of 60 students) in government merit (which will be allotted by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations) of RAJAGIRI SCHOOLOF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY is reserved for candidates belonging to Christian community.
  2. B.Tech. courses offered at RAJAGIRI SCHOOLOF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY
  3. B.Tech. Branches

  4. Candidates belonging to Christian Community who have qualified in KEAM 2019 and seeking admission in government merit are eligible to apply.

  5. Applicants should note that they should have opted RAJAGIRI SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY (RET) in the online allotment process of Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) to consider in this quota. See the details given in http://www.cee.kerala.gov.in/.

  6. Candidates who are interested to apply for community quota in govt. merit have to do the following.
    1. Go to KEAM 2019 CANDIDATE PORTAL in www.cee.karala.gov.in

    2. Select Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology (RET)

    3. Take the print out of the Performa

    4. Fill the Performa

    5. Get the certificate from the parish priest from the parish to which the candidate belongs (there is no specific format for this certificate). But the certificate should include the name of the parish, place and diocese.

    6. Performa duly filled taken from KEAM 2019 Candidate portal and certificate from the parish priest –
      all the two attached together should reach the college on or before 12 noon on 21st  JUNE 2019.


  7. It should be handed over to the college office in person

  8. Late and incomplete application shall not be accepted

    1. Printout of the application duly filled as given in the format of KEAM 2019- candidate portal of CEE (refer: https://cee.kerala.gov.in/keam2019/public/pdf/communitytrust_Notify.pdf)
    2. Certificate from the parish priest.

  11. List of applicants along with all the applications, after verification, will be handed over to CEE, Thiruvananthapuram on 22nd June 2019, at 1 pm by the college for allotment process.
