Social Activities
- The Department of Computer Science and Engineering united in a celebration of Onam on 25/8/23 called ONAMADHURAM to distribute meticulously prepared Onam kits to SMP colony situated in Thripunithura, providing invaluable support to 50 underprivileged families within the community.
- As part of social activity, Dept of CSE has donated an Amount of Rs. 28,500 to the following organizations in January 2023:-
a). Abhaya, Kalamassery (Old age home) - Food items (Rs. 4312) + Cash (Rs. 10000)
b). Sneha Sadanam, Tripunithura (Old age home) - Cash (Rs. 5000)
c) Saandhwanam Charitable Society-Orphanage, Thevakkal (Girls Home) - Food items (Rs. 3685)+ Cash (5500)
- Department of CSE is sponsoring a child of SOS village , Aluva by donating Rs. 11,880/- dated 14th January 2022. Ref No: DEL/27/2022/2725
The social activity cell of the CSE department staff prepared 300 Masks & handed over to District Jail Superintendent Mr. Vijayan & Welfare officer Mr. George Chacko on 08 December 2020.
The Social Activity cell of CSE department conducted a webinar on 'Design Thinking' for students of Rajagiri College of Management & Applied Sciences on November 28, 2020.
