Ms. Elsa Paul obtained her B.Tech Degree (Civil Engineering) in the year 2007 and M.Tech (Computer Aided Structural Engineering) in the year 2012 from Mar Athanasius College of Engineering, Kothamangalam. She is currently pursuing her PhD in the area of concrete technology from Cochin University of Science and Technology.  

She has been working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at RSET from July 2016. Before joining RSET, she worked as Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at KMEA Engineering College for four years. Her areas of interest include concrete technology, structural analysis and design.
