Ms. Saritha V completed her M.Phil. in Applied Economics from Centre for Development Studies, Thiruvananthapuram, affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru University, and Masters in Applied Economics with First Position from Dr. John Matthai Centre, Thrissur affiliated to University of Calicut.  She Graduated from Sree Neelakanta Govt. Sanskrit College, Pattambi affiliated to Calicut University. She started her teaching career as Guest Faculty in Basic Sciences and Humanities at SCMS Engineering College, Karukutty. She has also worked as Part-Time Assistant Professor in Department of Economics, Govt. Maharajas College, Ernakulum. She has taught Micro and Macro Economics, International Economics, Agricultural Economics and Resource Economics. Her area of interest includes Labour Economics, Environmental Economics, Migration, International Economics, Micro and Macro Economics, Business Economics, Statistics and Econometrics. She is pursuing her PhD in Start-Ups at Mahathma Gandhi University under the guideship of  Dr. Sunil Kumar S Menon (HoD, Post Graduate Department of Economics, Govt. Maharajas College Ernakulam). She joined Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology as Assistant professor under the Department of Basic Sciences & Humanities in June 2016. She teaches Business Economics and Management for B. Tech Students at RSET.
