To realize AI-based cost-effective and reliable solutions for the demands in our daily life, there is an inexhaustible need of well trained and passionate graduates, possessing the skill set of AI.
B.Tech. Artificial Intelligence and Data Science programme aims at developing the technical skills of students to perform data processing and analysis, which is an essential task in various real-world applications. During the last decade, data science engineering has emerged as one of the most lucrative career fields in technology and allied businesses. This programme aims at building not only the core technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, data modeling and data mining, but also gives intensive inputs in the evolution of technology. The curriculum strikes a balance between computing and information technologies as well as statistics and mathematical sciences, thus allowing a thorough training of applying AI techniques in the data science field. To address the growing need of engineering talent with skills in digital technology, Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology in partnership with India’s leading Information Technology (IT) Service and Consulting Company – TCS is offering a 4-year specialized engineering programme named ‘Computer Science & Business Systems’ (CSBS).
The objective of the programme is to impart certain knowledge and skillsets to the students and develop certain attitudes and behaviors among the students to make them successful in the era of Business 4.0. The curriculum of this collaborative programme aims to ensure that the students graduating from the programme not only know the core topics of Computer Science but also develop an equal appreciation of humanities, management sciences and human values. The students are also exposed to emerging topics such as Cyber Security, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things etc. to make them industry ready at the end of four years of study.
