For the information of delegates

  1. All the academic sessions will be held from 7th to 9th December 2017.
  2. 10th December is reserved for conference tour.
  3. On the first day, 7th December, Inaugural function will start at 10 am. All the delegates should attend the inaugural function.
  4. Accommodation of delegates is arranged at RSET guest house, RBS guest house and Gulf Plaza lodge. Allotment is given in the Accommodation sheet.
  5. There will be pick up bus from Gulf Plaza on 7th, 8th and 9th at exactly 8 am.
  6. After the sessions on 7th and 8th return bus to Gulf Plaza will be at 8.15 pm from RSET.
  7. Conference food consists of Breakfast. Lunch, dinner and forenoon and afternoon snacks.
  8. The time for food is given in the Conference Schedule.
  9. On the first day, 7th December, registration will start at 9 am. All the delegates should collect the conference kit from the registration desk.
  10. Those who have not paid the registration should pay the same at the registration desk.
  11. Delegates who wish to attend the conference tour on 10th December (10 am to 1 pm) are requested to give their names at the registration desk.
  12. There will be Public lectures on 7th and 8th December from 5.15 pm to 6.15 pm.
    On 7th the speaker is Shri. K Mohammed Y Safirulla IAS,District Collector,Ernakulam and on 8th the speaker is Mr. Venugopal C Govind, Managing Partner, Varma & Varma Chartered Accountants.
  13. Attendance in all the sessions including public lectures is mandatory to get the participation certificate.
  14. Support and cooperation of all the delegates is requested for the smooth conduct of the conference
