Instructions for KTU B.Tech Internal Examination

  1. Students must wear a uniform and must bring college id

 

  1. The seating plan will be available in the students' corner as Know your seating plan consisting with seating of all exams with Hall no. as(H1, H2..etc)

 

  1. H no for the exam will be displayed on main notice boards in all buildings

 

  1. Students must get inside the exam hall 10 minutes before  the start of the exam

 

  1. Students will be permitted to enter the hall only by producing the identity card. If the identity card is not produced, the student shall be admitted only on the production of a duplicate ID card from the office.

 

  1. Students who do not report at the exam hall at least 10 minutes before the start of the exam (before the 2nd bell) will be permitted to enter the hall only by producing a permission letter from the HoD.

 

  1. Students are allowed to leave the hall only after the completion of 1 hour of the exam and no students are allowed to leave the hall in the last 10 minutes of the exam.

 

  1. Students are expected not to indulge in any sort of malpractices and exhibit any sort of misbehavior to invigilators/exam officials.

 

  1. Students shall bring pens, water bottles, sanitizers, and any other permitted accessories required for the examination. These items should not be exchanged between students.

 

  1. Mobile phones, programmable calculators, smartwatches, and other electronic gadgets are not permitted inside the examination hall.
