M.TECH. SECOND SEMESTER

(The current plan for M.Tech. (2020 admissions) is given below. The execution of the plan will depend on the prevailing circumstances at that time).

M. Tech. S2 classes:

• Regular classes: upto 13th October 2021.
• S2 Second Internal Examination(online): September 15,16 and 17.
• Offline contact classes: 6^th October to 13^th October 2021 (depends on Govt. guidelines).
• S2 Practical Exams: to be conducted online/offline.
• S2 End Semester Examination (Regular) (offline): October 25,27,29, November 1, 3.
• S2 Exam Registration: 8^th October to 15^th October. 
• Hostel facilities will be available from 5^th October onwards.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOSTEL INMATES

• • Those students who are coming from abroad/other states must find their own quarantine facility.
  • All hostel inmates must be in possession of Covid – 19 negative certificates procured within 48 hours before hostel entry. They will not be allowed to go home or outside the campus. If they do, they have to test before being let in.
  • All students have to wear masks and should have individual sanitizer in their rooms.
  • They have to bring a reasonable number of masks preferably reusable type. Used masks should be discarded only at the specified points.
  • To ensure social distancing, gathering in any form will not be permitted on the premises.
  • Unwanted movements of inmates are strictly prohibited.
  • Check-in should be between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
  • It is preferable to bring and keep your own utensils (steel plate, glass, etc.) for the purpose of taking food from the mess.
  •  All inmates have to strictly observe these instructions. Noncompliance with these instructions will lead to immediate expulsion from the hostel.
