Fr. Dr. Joel George Pullolil

Fr. Dr. Joel George Pullolil completed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. Engineering College, Trivandrum in 1992. He has worked   as a Junior Engineer in Penta Technologies Pvt. LTD (energy audit Company) for a period of three years. He completed post graduate diploma in Energy Management from Madurai Kamaraj University Madurai in 1994.  He has been working as a faculty member in Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology, Kakkanad, Ernakulam since 2001. He completed his Masters Degree in Energy Systems and Engineering from IIT Bombay in 2010. He completed his Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering (NIT Calicut) 2019. He has handled courses in Basic Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Hydraulic Machines and Thermal Engineering at the undergraduate level.  He has three international publications to his credit.  His areas of academic interest are Energy Management, Sustainable Energy Resources, Biomass Gasification and Simultaneous Minimization of Water and Energy. He is actively involved in the promotion of green campus. He is a certified Energy Manager and Energy Auditor by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) and is a Life Member of the Society of Energy Engineers and Managers (SEEM) and Energy conservation society.
